Responsibilities

The Staff Accountant will manage key general ledger functions, consultant billings, and cash flow operations. Leveraging hands-on experience with ERP systems. Tis role ensures financial accuracy through rigorous reconciliations, vendor/consultant invoice processing, and adherence to GAAP standards.

• Oversee the end-to-end processing of consultant and subcontractor invoices.

• Verify consultant billings against contract terms, rate schedules, purchase orders, and deliverables.

• Reconcile sub-ledger activity (A/P, A/R, consultant accounts) to the General Ledger.

• Monitor daily cash balances and assist with cash flow forecasting and liquidity tracking.

• Maintain cash management schedules, tracking incoming payments and outgoing consultant obligations.

• Assist with audit preparations by gathering supporting documentation, schedules, and reconciliation records.

• Execute special projects, data analysis, and custom financial reports as requested by management.
