What you'll do: Lead multiple talent acquisition projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment with business strategies. Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies, including advanced sourcing techniques and multichannel candidate engagement. Collaborate with business leaders to assess talent needs, negotiate outcomes, and advise on compensation and market trends. Utilize data analytics and digital tools to enhance talent acquisition processes and decision-making. Coach and mentor on recruitment best practices, assessment methods, and candidate experience improvements. Drive continuous improvement through agile methodologies and adaptive planning to meet evolving organizational goals.
