Continuous Improvement Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

The Continuous Improvement Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and enhancing organizational performance across multiple program areas. This role serves as a flexible resource to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for growth within SERCO of Texas operations. This position is designed to provide cross-functional support wherever improvement is needed across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Improvement Evaluate current workflows, procedures, and service delivery methods to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement Develop, recommend, and implement process improvement strategies aligned with organizational goals Lead continuous improvement initiatives and monitor progress toward measurable outcomes Collaborate with department leads and frontline staff to redesign processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness Document improved processes and ensure proper implementation across teams Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports for leadership review Present data-driven findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across program areas and provide regular progress updates Utilize data to support decision‑making and strategic planning efforts Program Compliance Monitor program activities to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local workforce regulations and contract requirements Conduct internal audits and quality assurance reviews across program areas Identify compliance risks and work with leadership to develop corrective action plans Stay current on workforce development policies, regulations, and best practices Support preparation for external monitoring reviews and audits

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field required Master's degree preferred Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, program analysis, or a related field Experience in workforce development, social services, or a similar environment strongly preferred Proven track record of leading improvement initiatives and delivering measurable results Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with data visualization tools and reporting platforms Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Knowledge of workforce development programs and compliance requirements preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer workstation Occasional travel to various SERCO of Texas locations may be required
