Chief Finance Officer (CFO) Location: Sugar Land, TX Overview Our growing outpatient healthcare organization is seeking a Chief Finance Officer to lead financial strategy and operations across multiple clinic locations. This leadership role partners closely with physicians and executive leadership to drive performance, improve profitability, and support informed business decisions. Position Offers Full-time Monday–Friday schedule with standard office hours Competitive compensation: $200,000–$250,000 per year (DOE) Comprehensive benefits with strong employer contribution to medical coverage 401(k) with company match Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Time Off (STO), negotiable based on experience Opportunity to work directly with physician leadership High-impact role with influence on operational and financial strategy Key Responsibilities Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision‑making Manage and optimize revenue cycle performance, including billing and collections Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability Support operational workflows and optimize provider scheduling strategies Present financial performance and recommendations to leadership teams Take a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and execution Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in a GI or outpatient procedural setting Strong background in financial management within a healthcare environment Experience with revenue cycle management and performance improvement Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies Effective communication and leadership skills Why Join Us Join a growing healthcare organization and play a key role in shaping financial and operational success.
