Preferred Experience:
Experience designing and developing Cognigy.AI conversational solutions
Experience building AI-powered virtual agents for voice and digital channels
Experience integrating Cognigy.AI with NICE CXone, Salesforce Agent Voice, ServiceNow, CRM, and enterprise platforms
Experience configuring Agent Assist, Knowledge AI, Virtual Agents, and AI-driven customer journeys
Experience developing API/middleware components and supporting testing, tuning, deployment, and production support
Experience with enterprise contact center workflows and customer experience platforms
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
