As a Line Cook, you are responsible for the execution and consistent quality of dishes during service. Your organization, speed, and attention to detail ensure that every plate leaving the kitchen exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to Chop’s recipes and specifications.
• Maintain consistent quality, flavor, and presentation standards throughout service.
• Manage your station with precision — set up, stock, and clean throughout the shift.
• Work collaboratively with fellow cooks, chefs, and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Assist with inventory, prep work, and daily kitchen tasks as directed by leadership.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and pride in every plate served.
• Embody Chop’s commitment to hospitality, professionalism, and culinary excellence.
