Groundskeeper – Apartment Community (Temp-to-Perm) Now Hiring: Groundskeeper Revised Personnel is seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper for an apartment community. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity with the potential for long-term employment. Responsibilities: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds Pick up trash and debris throughout the community Sweep breezeways, sidewalks, and parking areas Assist with landscaping duties, including mowing, edging, and trimming Maintain pool and common areas as directed Report maintenance or safety concerns to management Assist the maintenance team with property upkeep as needed Requirements: Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor Positive attitude and strong work ethic Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Benefits: Temp-to-permanent opportunity Weekly pay Opportunity for career growth within apartment management and maintenance Apply Today! #J-18808-Ljbffr REVISED PERSONNEL
