The successful candidate will: Minimum 6 months previous apartment or commercial janitorial experience preferred Excellent customer service and time management skills required Organized with high level of attention to detail Have a customer-focused attitude and be a collaborative team player. Weekends may be required AAM offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.
