CNC Lathe Setup Machinist – Weekend Shift
Fenton, Missouri | Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite
Pay: $20–$40 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Kilnstone Talent Solutions is recruiting a CNC Lathe Setup Machinist for a manufacturing company in Fenton, Missouri.
Hands-on experience independently setting up CNC lathes is required. This is not an operator-only position.
About the position
You will independently perform CNC lathe setups, troubleshoot machining issues, and make tooling, offset, and machine adjustments to support production. This position requires someone who can take responsibility for setup work rather than only operate a machine that another employee has prepared.
What we’re looking for
Candidates must have direct CNC lathe setup experience and be comfortable troubleshooting and making machine adjustments independently. Experience setting up multiple types of CNC lathes is highly preferred.
Experience with Okuma, Ganesh, Haas, or similar CNC lathes is especially valuable. Experience with every listed brand is not required.
You must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and able to commute to the Fenton facility.
