Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst

To support rapid expansion and billing operations, the remote Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst will manage the full revenue cycle, oversee daily billing processes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer billing needs are met. Key responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including claim follow-up and management of rejections and denials Serve as the primary interface for external partners, leading discussions on account discrepancies and financial disputes Reconcile customer accounts across systems, ensuring transactional accuracy and prompt resolution of variances Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management with knowledge of payer policies and coding Proficiency in B2B and patient billing/collections, along with technical skills in MS Office and Google Workspace Proven ability to manage complex workloads independently and create processes without existing SOPs Exceptional communication skills for leading external partner meetings and translating complex issues Demonstrated success in maintaining data accuracy while managing competing deadlines
