Customer Service Agent - WFH

Your goal is to make the process simple, informative, and professional from the initial conversation through follow-up. Communicate with members through phone and virtual meetings. Identify individual needs by asking questions and listening carefully. Help members understand available programs and available options. Walk members through applications, enrollment, and required documentation. Answer questions and provide additional assistance when needed. Follow up with members throughout the process. Keep client information and digital records accurate and organized. Learn current program information, procedures, and best practices.
