Plant Administrator

Plant Administrator We are seeking a detail-oriented Plant Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative, customer service, accounting, and logistics functions of our manufacturing facility in Chester, PA. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, transportation providers, and internal teams while ensuring efficient office operations and supporting plant activities. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors. Handle order entry and processing efficiently. Assist in the import/export of raw materials. Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities. Support plant activities through effective communication with internal teams. Maintain accurate data entry for inventory and purchase orders. Essential Skills Experience in data entry and order processing. Proficiency in using ERP systems, specifically SAP. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce. Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. 2+ years of experience working in a similar role within a manufacturing setting. Strong customer service orientation. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma. Professional phone presence. Work Environment This position is 100% onsite, with working hours from 8am to 5pm. The work environment is dynamic, requiring interaction with various teams and external stakeholders. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chester, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
