Lead the Line - Step Into a Production Lead Role!
Our client, a well-established cosmetics manufacturer, is hiring Production Leads to support and oversee packaging operations. If you’re someone who likes to stay busy, lead a team, and keep things running smoothly, this could be a great fit.
Location: Bristol, PA
Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $22/hr

What You’ll Do
As a Production Lead, you’ll be responsible for keeping your assigned area running safely and efficiently while making sure orders are processed accurately and on time.
You’ll:

• Guide and support your team day-to-day
• Assign tasks and make sure coverage is where it needs to be
• Keep an eye on productivity and help hit daily goals
• Step in to troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
• Train new team members on processes and safety
• Make sure quality standards are met and maintained
• Help resolve inventory discrepancies and support audits
• Track performance and report updates to supervisors

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in distribution, production, or quality (lead or coordinator experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, flexible, and a team player

Additional Details

• Overtime may be required, including weekends during holiday peak season
• Background check required
• Experience with SAP is a plus
