What You'll Do

  • Provide expert nursing care in a fast-paced emergency room environment
  • Assess patient conditions, prioritize treatments, and monitor vital signs
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
  • Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare team members
  • Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and support critical situations

What You Need

Required:
  • Current Louisiana RN license
  • BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
  • At least 2 years of RN experience in an emergency/acute care setting
  • Strong communication, judgment, and organizational skills
Preferred:
  • Experience in a hospital ER setting
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
