Production Coordinator

Production Coordinator – Kennewick, WA Location: Kennewick, United States of America. Overview Join our dynamic team at Alleima Special Metals, part of the global Alleima Group, where innovation meets precision manufacturing. Within our Specialized Business Unit, we produce high‑performance titanium tube products for demanding industries such as Aerospace and Medical. Responsibilities Develop, coordinate, and communicate the production plan and material flow to optimize efficiency, cost, and customer delivery performance. Update schedules for ultrasonic testing, box plan, Lot Detail Report (LDR), and facilitate communication and flow of work orders from processing to boxing. Print and distribute Master Work Orders (MWO’s), review statuses, close orders, and maintain shipment summary reporting. Report on order completion metrics and administer new routings as well as changes to routings. Communicate order statuses across all departments, working closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure a high level of customer service. Monitor and review inventory transactions. Ensure compliance with the Company’s Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems, policies, procedures, and activities. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, shipping and receiving, scheduling, or a related function within a manufacturing environment. Experience working with ERP systems is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization. Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Strong attention to detail, high degree of accuracy, and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Benefits Hourly range: $21.00 – $26.00 with a 5% annual bonus and annual merit eligibility.
