About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Human Resources to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the organization's significant growth, with a focus on building, executing, and leading the HR function. This hands-on role involves providing expertise and guidance in all areas of HR, including culture, talent acquisition, people operations, total rewards, employee coaching, development, and experience, as well as organizational design. The Head of HR will also be responsible for overseeing the strategic leadership of HR evolution and professionalism, and for collaborating with executive and senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives. The ideal candidate for the Head of HR position at the company will be a visible, empathetic leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and supporting organizational growth. They should be prepared to be actively involved in the day-to-day HR activities and be eager to implement meaningful initiatives. Experience in a larger organization, with a background in applying best practices to a smaller, high-growth firm, is highly valued. The role requires a professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to making a meaningful impact within the company and its network partners.
