Your Responsibilities

• Oversee Full-Cycle Searches from initial intakes to successful closures.
• Serve as a Client Partner, fully grasps their hiring requirements and organizational culture.
• Strategically Source candidates through our proprietary CRM/ATS, complemented by your personal network and communication tools.
• Utilize Our Platform to organize candidates, monitor outreach efforts, automate follow-ups, all while maintaining meticulous organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that foster long-lasting value for clients while also maximizing your commission earnings.
• Engage in Thought Leadership as we work collectively to bolster both our brand and yours.
