What We Offer

Compensation
• Pay Range: $20.00–$24.00 per hour based on experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
• Shared tips averaging $3.00–$6.00 per hour (varies by location).

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and execute all menu items according to company recipes and standards

Perform daily prep of proteins, marinades, sides, and ingredients

Ensure proper food weights, measurements, and portion control

Maintain ingredient levels and communicate restocking needs

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team

Follow food safety and sanitation protocols

Assist with inventory control and organization

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications - Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-casual or high-volume kitchen

Minimum 2 years of knife skills and prep experience

Experience with grilling, slicing beef and poultry, meat grinding, and frying

Comfortable using digital tools and checklists

Ability to work independently and lift 50+ lbs

Strong urgency, teamwork, and professionalism

Preferred

Middle Eastern cuisine experience

More than 2 years of professional kitchen experience

Bilingual English/Spanish

Experiencia en cocina del Medio Oriente

Bilingüe español/inglés
