Under the leadership of Allaire Health Services, we are expanding our post-acute and long-term care programming in collaboration with area specialists, enabling us to offer every patient a higher level of care tailored to their needs while reducing rehospitalization.About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse (Part-time), you will be responsible for:Providing high-quality patient care to a diverse range of individualsAdministering medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed by physiciansMonitoring and reporting patient conditions, including vital signs and medical historiesCollaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plansEducating patients and their families on disease management, medications, and self-care techniquesMaintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatmentParticipating in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfactionAt Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Living, we pride ourselves on being a workplace that values compassion, respect, and teamwork.
