Admissions Lead - LEGOLAND Discovery Center Columbus What You’ll Do Help support the Admissions team during daily operations Keep lines moving and guest energy positive Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience Help train and motivate team members Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day Qualifications & Experience What We’re Looking For You’d be a great fit if you: Are outgoing, positive, and confident talking to people Can stay calm in busy situations Enjoy helping and encouraging others Have experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions Want to grow into leadership Are available weekends + holidays (required) Previous leadership and training experience!
