QA ManagerQA resource with some PM background. Self-starter and ability to dig into issues w/o a lot of guidance. Strong communication skills are essential. Enhance the digital customer experience associated with major device/promo launches and daily content updates in order to drive effectiveness of promotions as well as reduce friction.- Support daily content release (will require early AM and weekend coverage)- Triage, prioritize and validate content-driven production issues- Address critical and high impacting issues after release to ensure minimal customer impact- Initialize process improvements and improve communications to reduce production burden
