Corporate Legal Assistant

Job Description HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked Am Law 200 firm to find a Corporate Legal Assistant to support the firms growing team in Chicago! The Corporate Legal Assistant will be responsible for supporting attorneys in the Health/Corporate practice group by drafting and finalizing legal documents, managing transactions and client correspondence, maintaining files and schedules, and tracking critical deadlines. We Offer:
- Pay: $60,000 - $80,000+ Base Salary plus OT & Bonus!

- Draft, transcribe, format, proofread, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and mail merge communications
- Manage transactions and complex projects by organizing agreements, schedules, applications, and supporting materials
- Assemble, circulate, and track status for client signatures and official submissions
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems
- Monitor practice group deadlines to ensure all due dates, filings, and tasks are met and reported
- 3+ years of Legal Assistant experience (administrative litigation experience and Corporate/Business law terminology preferred)
- Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Professional
