Robert Half Legal is partnering with an international manufacturing company located in Oak Brook, IL that's seeking a Corporate Paralegal with at least 5+ years of experience to join their team. This Corporate Paralegal will assist in-house lawyers with contracts management, entity management, litigation management, and more. Candidates must have prior contracts management experience including including preparing, reviewing, and redlining commercial agreements. This position offers a hybrid WFH flexibility (1 day WFH per week).
Corporate Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Maintain corporate records, legal entity information, and organizational documentation while ensuring internal charts and related files remain accurate and up to date
- Support entity governance activities by coordinating formations, dissolutions, annual filings, and communications with external state agencies as part of ongoing corporate structuring efforts
- Oversee contract repositories and help organize review workflows so agreements are routed, prioritized, and tracked efficiently
- Review, draft, and revise legal agreements such as nondisclosure agreements, supplier contracts, and customer-facing documents
- Partner with legal and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives, transactions, and merger-and-acquisition matters, including assistance with due diligence and document collection
- Assist with litigation support by helping manage discovery responses, subpoenas, document preservation, legal holds, and eDiscovery-related tasks
- Provide day-to-day support for a variety of corporate legal matters and contribute to the timely completion of departmental projects and requests
- Coordinate legal operational tasks such as invoice processing, electronic signature workflows, and notarial support for corporate documentation
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $100-130K
- Bonus: Annual 10% bonus target

- Hybrid Flexibility: 1 day per week WFH

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and/or an approved paralegal certificate.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal within an in-house legal department
- Practical experience reviewing, drafting, and administering legal documents, with particular strength in commercial contracts
- Experience using contract lifecycle or contract management systems is preferred
- Experience with handling entity management responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
