Financial Analyst

Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Financial Analyst in Dublin, CA. This is a full-time temporary position in Dublin, CA.

Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Invoice Processing: Accurately review, code, and process a high volume of invoices in a timely manner

• Account Management: Maintain and reconcile up to 8 assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness

• Vendor Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for vendors; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships

• Discrepancy Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues

• Reporting: Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including data preparation and basic analysis

• Process Support: Assist with documentation, audits, and continuous improvement of finance processes

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a Financial Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Prefer 2 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting

• Detail oriented, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

• Strong analytical ability

• Ability to cope with pressure, multiple tasks, deadlines and rapidly changing priorities.

• Expertise with Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)

Pay Details: $31.00 per hour
