About the Role We are seeking a high-performing Finance Manager (F&I) to lead backend revenue generation and structure profitable, compliant deals. This role is critical to dealership profitability and requires strong closing ability, lender expertise, and customer trust-building. Key Responsibilities Structure and present finance and lease options tailored to customer profiles Maximize backend gross through F&I product sales (GAP, warranty, protection plans) Secure approvals across multiple lenders and optimize deal structure Present payment options clearly and confidently to close customers Ensure all deals meet California compliance (contracts, disclosures, lender requirements) Finalize contracts and ensure timely funding of deals Build and maintain strong lender relationships Train and support Sales team on deal structure and finance positioning KPIs / Success Metrics Backend Gross per Deal (target: $2,000–$4,000 ) Product Penetration Rate (GAP, warranty, etc.) Approval-to-Funding Conversion Rate Deal Funding Time (speed and accuracy) Compliance Accuracy (zero contract errors) Required Experience 5 years Automotive F&I experience Proven high backend gross performance Strong closing, objection handling, and negotiation skills Deep knowledge of credit tiers and lender programs Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS/CRM) #J-18808-Ljbffr
