12hr Nights; 1900-0730, 3 shifts per week
Contract Length: 16 weeks; Guaranteed Hours: Varies
- 2 years recent experience in Critical Care/Intensive Care Unit
- KS RN or Compact RN License
- BLS and ACLS Certification
- Experience with balloon pump, CRRT, Impella, open heart procedures
- Ability to draw own labs and conduct own codes
- Must be comfortable with floating to various units
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions
- Implement treatment plans and coordinate care with healthcare team
- Educate patients and families about care and health management
- Participate in code blue situations as necessary
Orientation will be completed within the first 4 days. A nicotine-free facility policy is in place.
