Job Description The Payroll Coordinator will support consistent and reliable payroll functions on a weekly basis for a multi-company environment, along with all payroll-related compliance and reporting requirements including but not limited to: monthly workers’ comp reports, weekly certified payroll compliance/reports, payroll deductions and garnishments record keeping, and payroll tax and benefits reporting. Job Requirements In-person, on-site Process weekly payroll for 600+ employees across multiple companies Demonstrate honesty and discretion when reporting all payroll related matters Accurately calculate payroll tax deductions and process weekly tax payments in accordance with IRS guidelines via EFTPS Process weekly 401k submissions to Fidelity via ACH payment Process weekly health insurance payments from employee withholdings as well as company's liability portion Prepare all certified payroll reports, verify their accuracy, and file them on time with the appropriate customers and/or government agencies Prepare quarterly payroll tax reports and payments Process annual W2’s for all employees Support Accounting and Finance as requested Salary Range (Annually) $54,000 - $76,000 Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans. #J-18808-Ljbffr TLC Plumbing
