Validation Test Engineer (Test Stand & LabView Exp)

Role Validation Test Engineer (Test Stand & LabView experience) Location Boxborough, MA (100% onsite) Job Description Test Stand & LabView experience along with some manufacturing equipment validation (IQ/OQ/POQ) experience. Responsibilities Write all documentation (requirements, trace matrix, protocols, reports) using Medtronic templates. Execute verification and validation testing, document results, and manage deviations. Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and regulatory standards. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support product testing and continuous improvement. Assist in hardware assembly of the tester. Debug and trace requirements; qualify automated functional test systems and support troubleshooting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Experience in verification and validation testing, preferably in medical devices or regulated industries. Familiarity with automated test systems and documentation best practices.
