Nest Managers is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and licensed real estate professional to oversee daily operations and lead our growing team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining compliance, supporting staff development, financial oversight, and delivering exceptional service to our owners, tenants, and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support office staff through coaching, training, and accountability
• Oversee daily operations and workflow management
• Ensure compliance with North Carolina Real Estate Commission rules and company policies
• Monitor key performance indicators and department goals
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development
• Resolve escalated owner, tenant, and vendor concerns
• Maintain quality control over property management processes
• Develop and improve systems, procedures, and efficiencies
• Coordinate office resources, vendors, and technology platforms
• Review operational budgets, company expenses, and department performance
• Assist with reviewing owner statements, trust account reports, and financial workflows
• Work with leadership to identify revenue opportunities, cost savings, and operational improvements
• Support company growth initiatives and strategic planning

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina Real Estate License required
• Strong leadership and management experience
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Basic understanding of property management accounting, owner statements, and trust account compliance preferred
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Property management experience preferred
• Experience leading teams preferred
