Bilingual Trade Skills Recruiting Sourcer

Location: Tempe, AZ (hybrid)
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: $60,000 annual salary plus a monthly bonus opportunity of up to $1,500

Finish Line Staffing is hiring a bilingual English/Spanish Recruiting Sourcer for our fast-paced, high-volume skilled trades recruiting team. You’ll find and connect with candidates for commercial construction projects, assess their experience and goals, and coordinate next steps with recruiters.

What you’ll do

• Source electricians and other skilled tradespeople through job boards, applicant databases, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Post and refresh job ads, review new applicants promptly, and contact qualified candidates by phone, text, and email.
• Conduct initial conversations in English or Spanish to learn about candidates’ skills, work history, availability, location, and job preferences.
• Coordinate in-person interviews or skills assessments for qualified candidates.
• Reconnect with previous applicants and employees, confirm rehire eligibility when applicable, and track referrals.
• Keep candidate records and outreach activity accurate and current in the applicant tracking system.
• Balance multiple urgent openings while maintaining a steady flow of qualified candidates.

What we’re looking for

• Fluency in English and Spanish, including the ability to speak with candidates comfortably in both languages.
• Experience sourcing, recruiting, or screening candidates in a high-volume environment .
• Strong phone communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to shift priorities quickly and respond promptly to applicants.
• Comfort using job boards, candidate databases, and applicant tracking systems.
• Skilled trades or construction recruiting experience is a plus.
