Physical Therapist - Full Time

Physical TherapistWe're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the position.BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Position Details:Competitive compensation! $92K - $115K annualTenured staff with great encouragement and training!Amazing facility with a large gym and updated equipment in unique, mid-size city developed along Central California's coastline.Movement based therapy, with opportunity for specialization including pelvis floor & sport medicineEducation & a mentorship programBenefits:Full medical benefits.Annual continuing education reimbursement up to $800 per year.Structured, paid mentorship program.401(k) match.Starting PTO greater than three weeks per year, with additional time based on experience.Flexible work schedule and collaborative, PT-led company culture.Opportunities to specialize in sports medicine, vestibular, or pelvic health. Note that living costs are higher than average.
