Senior HR Generalist

Providing comprehensive HR support, the full-time Senior HR Generalist will manage employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance for U.S. employees while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as a primary HR partner to U.S. employees and managers, addressing performance, attendance, and policy-related concerns Administer U.S. health and welfare programs, manage employee leave processes, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Evaluate complex HR matters and provide practical guidance to enhance the employee experience and support organizational initiatives Required qualifications 5+ years of human resources experience with a focus on employee relations and benefits administration Direct experience managing U.S. health and welfare benefits, including complex eligibility and enrollment issues Hands-on involvement in 401(k) or retirement plan administration Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, FMLA, ADA, and other relevant employment laws Proficiency with HRIS and payroll platforms, with experience in data accuracy and compliance monitoring
