Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)

Location: Los Angeles, California
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $260,000–$290,000 (DOE)

Position Overview:
Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages, including preventive care, acute/chronic disease management, diagnostics, treatment, and care coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive family and primary care.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order/interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications.
• Coordinate referrals and specialty care.
• Manage high-risk patients and support care coordination.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement and PCMH initiatives.
• Collaborate with and supervise clinical staff.

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of Family Medicine residency.
• Active California Medical License.
• Experience serving underserved/diverse populations, preferably in an FQHC or community health setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid California Driver License and reliable transportation.
