NetSuite Administrator We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for our NetSuite environment. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role responsible for maintaining, configuring, optimizing, and enhancing NetSuite to meet the evolving needs of the Finance organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep NetSuite expertise, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to independently design and implement system improvements that drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Key Responsibilities Administer, maintain, & optimize the NetSuite ERP platform Partner closely with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions Configure and customize NetSuite modules, workflows, forms, dashboards, saved searches, reports, and roles/permissions Design, develop, and implement system enhancements to improve Finance processes, controls, reporting, and operational efficiency Evaluate business requirements and recommend scalable NetSuite configurations and best practices Create and maintain custom fields, records, scripts, workflows, and integrations as needed Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end financial close processes Develop and maintain financial and operational reports, KPIs, and dashboards Manage user access, security roles, and system governance Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite issues, performing root‑cause analysis and implementing long‑term solutions Coordinate testing, deployment, and documentation of system changes and enhancements Work with third‑party vendors and consultants when required Maintain data integrity and support audit, compliance, and internal control requirements Stay current on NetSuite releases and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new functionality Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field 5+ years of hands‑on NetSuite administration experience Advanced knowledge of NetSuite ERP configuration and administration Hands‑on experience administering and supporting NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) , including revenue arrangements, revenue recognition rules, and reporting required Working knowledge of SuiteScript development, including the ability to create and modify scripts, workflows, and customizations Experience with third‑party integrations and iPaaS platforms, especially Workato Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and NetSuite‑Salesforce integrations Experience with Salesforce billing and integrating SF Billing into NetSuite, Tableau/Snowflake reporting a strong plus Demonstrated ability to modify and enhance NetSuite to meet Finance and Accounting business requirements Strong experience with: SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, Financial Reporting, Dashboards and KPIs, Roles and Permissions, SuiteAnalytics, CSV Imports and Data Management Experience supporting core Finance functions including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, and Financial Close Ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and independently deliver solutions Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications NetSuite Administrator Certification Experience with SuiteScript and NetSuite integrations Experience supporting publicly traded or high‑growth organizations Background in Accounting or Finance Experience with financial planning, budgeting, or procurement systems integrations Success Factors Acts as the go‑to NetSuite expert for the Finance organization Independently identifies opportunities for system improvements and automation Balances technical expertise with strong business process understanding Delivers high‑quality solutions that improve Finance team productivity and reporting capabilities Collaborates effectively with system administrators for other Uniguest platforms Thrives in an individual contributor environment with ownership and accountability for the NetSuite platform What We Offer Supportive leadership team that rewards initiative and success Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plan options 401k Plan with Employer Match Paid Time Off Programs including vacation, sick leave, volunteer time off and parental leave Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee Referral Bonus Program Career development and potential for advancement opportunities Performance bonuses Employee Recognition Rewards Program About Uniguest Uniguest is the global leader in providing highly secure, fully managed customer‑facing technology solutions on an outsourced basis to the hospitality, senior living, specialty retail, education, and corporate sectors.
