Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Role Outpatient Physical Therapist providing patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities Evaluating patient function through testing, developing and implementing goal-specific treatment plans, educating patients and families about conditions and treatment options, and submitting treatment plans based on assessments and physician orders. Qualifications Valid Michigan PT license, BLS certification, relevant outpatient therapy skills, and supervisory reference forms within the last two years. Preferred Skills Outpatient and acute care experience. Key Duties Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment protocols. Provide education to patients and caregivers. Maintain documentation and adhere to standards. Position involves dayshift, 8-hour hours, with a minimum of 40 hours weekly.
