You will use OEM and engineering drawings to modify aircraft structures or interiors, complete specialized tasks such as flap peening and cold working, fabricate repair parts using shop tooling, and utilize specialized installation tools to ensure structural integrity and compliance with company and regulatory standards.#Job Details\*Facility Type: MRO\*Aircraft Worked: Commercial\*Job Duration: Contract to Hire\*Schedule: Not Specified\*Tools: Required#Education & Job Requirements\*High School Diploma or GED equivalent.\*A minimum of 3 years of commercial MRO experience.\*Experience with Airbus 319, 320, 330, 340, 380 aircraft.\*Experience performing SRM (Structural Repair Manual) repairs.\*Ability to complete skin repairs and skin replacements.\*Experience with floor beam repairs, frame repairs, stringer repairs, and seat track repairs.#Job Duties & Functions\*Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures.\*Utilize OEM and engineering drawings to modify aircraft structures or interiors.\*Complete specialized tasks such as flap peening, cold working, and other structural processes.\*Fabricate repair parts using shop tooling such as brakes and stretchers.\*Utilize specialized installation tools, including blind rivet guns, to install components.#Physical Requirements & Environment\*Work in a hangar or maintenance environment.\*Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, reaching, and working with hand and power tools.\*Adhere to safety standards for handling materials and operating shop machinery.#TeamGlobal Benefits\*Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), and more!\*TG Rewards Program\*Employee Referral Program#Pay Rate:\*$38.35 / $38.35OT
