Retail Part-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Garden State Plaza - Paramus, NJ)

Fabletics Retail is currently looking for a Part‑Time Sales Lead for our Retail Store at Garden State Plaza in Paramus, NJ. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting Sales & Operations, leveraging technology to create a seamless shopping journey between online and retail stores. Key responsibilities include: Embody company culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion. Actively engage customers with in‑depth knowledge of fabrics, features, fit, and product function. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects. Provide training and immediate feedback based on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations. Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed performance goals. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance customer experience. Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer purchase journey. Contribute feedback to the Store Manager for continuous business improvement. Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards. Serve as a resource for product knowledge for both customers and team members. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals. Enforce safety and security standards, and identify and communicate potential issues. Unpack boxes for inventory as required, with boxes weighing 10–30 lbs. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year retail experience; prior management experience preferred. Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities. Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to work with large teams in a fast‑paced environment. Comfort dealing with ambiguity and initiative-driven mindset. Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems. Self‑motivated, excellent communication skills, and ability to bring out the best in others. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills; thrives under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays. Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift (10–30 lbs) for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders.
