In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on restoring functional abilities and promoting patient-centered outcomes.
