Make up to $73,000 per year (eligible for bonuses & overtime) depending on experience & location.

- Supporting the general manager with daily operations of the restaurant ensuring compliance with company standards
- Ensuring the safety of our guests and team members

- Accomplishing financial objectives including sales growth, cost management, profit growth, cost control and quality control
- Conducting strong interviews and attracting high quality candidates
- Inspiring and motivating the team to grow
What You Need
- 2 years' minimum supervisory experience in food service preferably fast-casual
- Possess basic math and accounting skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
