Job Title: Quality/Test Engineer Location: Tucson, AZ 85701 Duration: 24 Months Pay Rate: $38.71/hr. Start Date: Immediate Local Candidates Only We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. Key Responsibilities As a Quality/Test Engineer, you will have a significant impact on overall product quality and customer experience for our technologies. This role will provide support and service engineering services which include product validation, investigating, troubleshooting, diagnosing application and technical problems. The position emphasizes project management, internal and external relations. Typical Task Breakdown New Product Introduction (NPI) projects Create documentation Validate form, fit and function of newly developed products Continuous Product Improvement Evaluate defect in production products Advance support for internal and external customer Triage escalations to restore customer production system Education & Experience Required Years of experience: 3‑4 years, experience in NPI and CPI processes. Degree requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mining Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. Associate’s degree may be accepted with more years of relevant experience.
