Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
• Possess (or be eligible for) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech therapy within school systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, diagnose communication disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans for children in school settings
• Implement evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to students’ needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student progress
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide support and resources to staff and parents regarding speech and language development
