IT Service Delivery Director Lead IT Support & DR

SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (BHDD) is seeking an IT Service Delivery Director to lead the Service Desk, Regional Endpoint Support, and Incident and Change Management. The role drives service quality, metrics, and disaster recovery readiness while aligning with BHDD standards and stakeholder needs.
