Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Mom's Meals
Mom’s Meals is seeking a Part-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support clients receiving home-delivered meals. In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls in English and another language, answer questions about meal options, delivery schedules, and account changes, and document each interaction in our systems. You’ll coordinate with operations and logistics to resolve service issues, follow scripts and compliance guidelines, and protect personal and health-related information. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on quality, empathy, and helping vulnerable individuals remain independent at home.
