Customer Service Representative | Technical Support

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. THIS POSITION IS ONSITE (NOT HYBRID or REMOTE) IN A CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT Pay Rate is $20.00 per hour CLASS STARTING March 11, 2026 Extensive training provided for 13 weeks from Tuesday through Saturday 10:00 a.m-7:00 p.m. After completion of training, must be flexible to work a schedule of 1:00 p.m-10 p.m. with two weekdays days off. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM Required Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays Language: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Preferred Qualifications Experience: 6+ months of customer service experience; 1+ year working with computers and software applications; 6+ months of heavy volume phone experience in customer service or a call center Technical Skills: MS Office, computer skills, typing Skills: Communication, organization, time management, multi‑tasking, customer service Abilities: Dependable, professional, solution‑oriented, results‑driven, resilient The base pay for this position generally is between $20.00 and $36.35. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive‑based compensation such as bonuses.
