Compensation Hourly Rate:$20.00–$40.00 per hour Starting pay is based on experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, and other job-related factors. What You'll Be Doing PerformingHVAC repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenanceon residential and commercial systems. Leading HVAC projects whilemaintaining high standards for workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Coordinatingdaily work scheduleswith Building and HVAC Operations Managers. Completingwork orders, service documentation, and required paperworkaccurately and on time. Buildingstrong relationshipswith clients, subcontractors, and fellow team members. Maintaining aprofessional company imagewhile representingPiedmont Facilities Managementin the field. Assisting withgeneral maintenance and construction tasksas needed. Following allSafety for Lifepolicies and maintaining safe work practices in every aspect of the job. Supporting team members and helping develop aproductive, collaborative work environment. Minimum of 5 years of HVAC, construction, or maintenance experience. Knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems. Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, roofing, drywall, flooring, and general maintenance is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and safe power tool operation. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid Virginia Driver's License with an excellent driving record. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces. Ability to climb ladders and up to five flights of stairs. Lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Ability to safely maneuver around active construction and maintenance sites.
