Accountant

Staff Accountant Nashville, TN - 100 Oaks area (3 days in office/2 WFH) Responsibilities Prepare and post monthly journal entries and account reconciliations. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Analyze financial data and investigate account variances. Back up to Accounts Payable when needed (Netsuite) Prepare financial reports and support management reporting initiatives. Ensure adherence to GAAP and company accounting policies. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve accounting issues and improve processes. Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned. What we need from you Minimum of 2+ years of corporate accounting experience Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred OR equivalent experience Fluency in Microsoft Excel (X/VLOOKUP) Familiarity working on ERP systems such as Great Plains, Netsuite, Oracle, or similar platforms Pay Rate $35-38/hr (40 hours/week) Pay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
