Master scheduler/planner

Seeking an energetic professional to join the team as a Master Scheduler/Planner.

In general, the person in this position creates, maintains, and manages comprehensive production or project schedules to balance customer demand with available labor, materials, and equipment capacity. Competitive Salary + benefits /additional perks. 100% Onsite

Responsibilities

• Schedule Development: Build and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) to ensure on-time delivery.
• Capacity Planning: Review resource constraints and analyze supply versus demand using rough-cut capacity planning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead planning meetings and work closely with sales, purchasing, manufacturing, and shipping departments.
• Problem Solving: Identify and assess risks, issues, and conflicts that may impact the schedule, and develop mitigation plans.
• Inventory & Material Control: Compare anticipated orders with raw material availability to prevent shortages or delays.
• Continuous Improvement: Update scheduling parameters, track performance metrics, and leverage planning tools (like MRP/ERP systems).
