Leasing Agent

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Leasing Agent to support the administration of approximately 160 PBV tenants. This position involves tenant and landlord communication, recordkeeping, data entry, lease-ups, tenant reviews, and general office support.
Pay: $ 20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
Hours: 35 hours per week
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate tenant files and records using computer software.

• Process rent payments and update tenant information.

• Conduct annual and interim tenant reviews and schedule lease-ups.

• Respond to applicants, tenants, landlords, and public inquiries.

• Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation.

• Assist with applications, work orders, and maintenance requests.

• Assist with PBV-related court matters and employee training.

• Maintain policies, procedures, and program records.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Ability to learn and use computer software.

• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

• Ability to multitask and work independently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and work professionally with the public.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
