Global Product Manager

Becton Dickinson seeks a Global Product Manager to oversee the peripheral intravenous catheter portfolio within Medication Delivery Solutions. The role involves directing product strategy, commercial execution, and lifecycle management across global markets while leading cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and innovation in medical device delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own global PIVC portfolio strategy, roadmap, and business performance including revenue and margin targets
- Define growth priorities based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, operations, sales, and marketing to drive market share and financial results
- Translate voice of customer and market trends into actionable product strategies and development roadmaps
- Develop global marketing campaigns, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement assets for regional execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Full product lifecycle management experience from development through commercialization
- Proven track record leading cross-functional new product development projects through stage gate process
- Strong financial analysis skills and ability to translate customer insights into strategies
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills across stakeholder levels
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
