Metroplex Mortgage Services is hiring a full-time Mortgage Customer Service Representative to work from our Tampa office. Please ensure this commute is acceptable.

Most of the day will be spent on the phone speaking with borrowers, answering questions, following up on documents, and guiding people through the loan process. We are looking for someone who is genuinely comfortable talking on the phone and making calls.

$38,000 - $45,000 at plan

• Take inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls throughout the day: loan status updates, document requests, general questions
• Be the main point of contact for borrowers from the time they apply through the day they close
• Keep notes and loan activity updated accurately in our system after each interaction
• Chase down outstanding documents when needed and communicate clearly with customers about what's still required and why

• Able to commute to work every day to our Tampa office
• Prior phone experience in the customer service industry
• Willing to get NMLS licensed
